Sylvia Fountaine, FNP-C obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at McNeese State University, in Lake Charles, LA before devoting eight years in Emergency and Critical Care Medicine. She returned to her Alma Mater to obtain a Master of Science in Nursing where she parlayed into integrative healthcare for the next four years before joining Legros Chiropractic & Wellness in 2024.
She works collaboratively with the chiropractic team to offer comprehensive, integrative care that addresses both structural and biochemical health, empowering patients to reach their wellness goals. She will initially focus on hormone replacement therapy but will play an integral role in future initiatives that provide customized solutions for patient care. Stay tuned for more details!
Sylvia is a dedicated healthcare professional who values spending quality time with her family, enjoys shopping, and has a keen eye for decorating. Originally from Louisiana, she’s a passionate supporter of the New Orleans Saints. While she has always loved relaxing beach getaways, she’s recently developed an appreciation for the breathtaking, scenic views that only mountainous landscapes can offer.
